I ordered a pair of woof wear children's yard boots size 5.5. When these eventually came 2 weeks later they were actually a size 5. I phoned up and was told that was a man's 5.5 and it equated to a women's 5! very strange! I found this very hard to believe. They offered me the next size up. I asked if they would be paying for the return postage to be told no. As, in my opinion, I was ordering the correct size and they sent the wrong one, I feel this is very unfair. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.
