Awful Experience, Very Rude The guy behind the counter was so rude to me. All I wanted to do was drop off my parcel (Collect), When I handed my parcel over, he told me to keep hold of it (not in the friendiest way). After he scanned the parcel he told me to put it with all the other parcels. There were lots of parcels all over the floor, so I asked him which pile to put it on and in a rude manner he responded 'put it near the Lottery stand', so as I've gone towards the stand, I've placed it just behind it, as I didnt want it to be in full view of customers. He then responded in a rude and abrupt manner ''Don't put it there, it needs to go in the correct pile'. So I asked him which pile as I don't want my parcel to get lost! He then responded again in an abrupt manner, 'Just put it anywhere'. So I grabbed the parcel ready to walk out, as I was walking out he got angry and wanted me to hand over the receipt! I then responded 'Why are you so rude and why are you shouting at me, it's your job to take my parcel and put it in the correct place, not mine and there's no need to shout at me, I'm only asking a question'. In the end I left my parcel there and walked out. His attitude and the way he spoke to me was disgraceful. I came home and couldn't believe what had just happened! I'm never setting foot in this shop again.
