Beware if you buy at this store, items are much cheaper at best buy. If you have to return an item there is 15 PERCENT restocking fee. I can understand if it is opened, but the wrapping not even off the box..... Be smart and by at Apple store were Customers valued, not taken advantage off.
I appreciate services provided by the Technician Mandeep for going out of way and very patiently to explain step by step to resolve the minor setting up issues and concerns to an high tech illiterate senior person like me. He is a great help and I wish always the best in life
Amazing customer service. I can't say enough how great this store is! Apple certified, convenient location and great staff. Would highly recommend iConnect.
My daughter and I entered the store and were immediately greeted by Dave. After taking a few minutes to explain the problem Dave booted the computer from his server. In less than 5 minutes more we had a complete diagnostic of the computers problems. On the spot he gave us an estimate of the cost and the time it would take to repair. The only problem was that the required parts would take a week to arrive and we were leaving to take my daughter to NYC in 2 days. In my opinion his service response was excellent. Even though we decided not to go ahead with the repair at his shop he recommended getting it done in NYC. He did not charge for the diagnostic. Thanks for the Great Service Dave.
Don’t waste your time and !!! Went in with macbook that wouldn’t start up, they charged me diagnostics, phoned me 2 days later to say they were unable to reinstall OS and they need to erase/format hard drive in order to successfully reinstall OS. I didn’t agree with that option to wipe out all my data so went to Apple store ...had my laptop running at first OS reinstall and I was out of there in 25 mins..all at no charge :)
These guys are Apple Certified, so no need to contact or visit an Apple Store because they can do the same thing at iConnect for a cheaper price. The guys there are very friendly and will help you with any problem you have. Prices are affordable, and I'd highly suggest anyone to come check them out!!!
Called at 3pm for iPhone battery change, told the person who answered the phone I was driving from Brampton (35 minute). Clerk told me I had to leave phone and come next day. Would have appreciated that info before I wasted an hour driving for no service.
