Lovely ladies that work there. I was looking for specific items and walked around the store on the phone with me to check if they had the items. Overall a very quick process considering. Definitely will be back.

Always helpful staff who make excellent suggestions for cards and gift ideas. You don't get that at most stores, especially the big ones. The store always feels pleasant so I miss going in there during the lockdowns. But even when I call during the lockdown to ask about different items they are so nice and easy to talk to. I will probably order some things for Valentine's Day and pick them up because I'll still get nicer service and gifts than I will find anywhere else in Milton. I wish all stores made me feel so welcome!

Super Unprofessional!! will not recommend this place to anyone! I had called them about a product I needed... to make sure they had it in stock. The lady on the phone mentioned that she had one and would put it aside for me (I thought perfect , that's amazing) So i asked what time they closed, because now with Covid everyone's hours are different. She mentioned that they close at 7 I thought to myself perfect i'm done work at 5 it will take me an hour and a half to get there, just to find out when I got there they had closed at 5!!!! I was super upset and I Have yet still to receive a response email apologizing. Least they can do is apologize for my drive there and wrong information!

Pleasant customer service. Clean and tidy store. Wide selection of christmas ornaments and other holiday items. Some ornaments from previous year are available i.e. baby's first Christmas. The store is not very busy during weekdays and they have covid protocols in place
