The best place to rest, ride your bike , take the children and have an awesome time. The coffee place has meals, a little pricey, but outstandingly good as the soup of the day, for instance.

Really lovely local country park... Café and bike shop are great too. To reach 5 stars would need to remove noise from A14!
great outdoor space for children, animals alike to explore. stunning views. cafe is reasonable price also. parking is 1.00 for 30 mins or 2.50 for a few hours .. a steady stroll around the park with young children, keeping to a direct path and stoping occasionally takes 20-25 minutes. great for an after school or during school time adventure. there are also public toilets on entrance/exit plus the cafe. the parkis also well spaced outfor the children to explore.
It was lovely walking around here recently. I'd been in need of some open space, fresh air, and greenery so it fit the bill. I mostly felt Covid-safe, except for the lack of masks in the car park payment queue. I know it's outdoors and I know what the government recently said about masks but everyone stood only a metre apart without masks and that is risky, I think. Also, there is an outdoor coffee kiosk as well as the indoor one but I was surprised it shut earlier than the latter as it would have felt safer to queue outdoors rather than in. Hope they rethink that.
We had a great time walking through the calm trails. Recommends for a walk with family.
