This building is not completed and my unit has 2 parts of leaking ceiling. The stair case looks not finished yet but it seems they are not gonna take further construction on the stair case. Main door looks like from 90's, and the security system doesn't exist here so I got stolen my 4 luggage bags that I put in the locker with a lock. And the neighborhood is like nothing but this building (mostly farms). When it gets dark, you see nothing near this building so it can be kind of scary to some people. I recommend not to buy this one.. It looks good from outside but this building is poorly built and not even completed yet.
Management is an absolute joke. The cleaning crew has SO much to clean with so little staffed and zero support from management.
Its alright not great. I have seen far better. There is no security camera in this building. Gym is literally for. Name. Sake. Worthless equipment.
Well designed and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Still under construction but the wings that are in service are top class
