Been in here five times over the black friday sale period, putting together a new computer. Pleasant little location, nice and calm, helpful every time. Even on the busy days got in and out pretty quick.

Probably the best customer service I have experienced. From entering the door to check out, I forget the gentleman's name but he went farther than expected! Thank you for understanding what customers want.
Horrible service! Horrible service! Canada Computers Milton has horrible customer service. I was in the Canada Computers in Milton on July 27, 2019. I bought a USB drive. When I went out of the store, a stupid employee in the store tried to stop me very impolite and stupid way. He said that I stole some stuff from the store???? WTF. I bought it from the store and he wanted to steal back from me. Bad for them, I had the receipt with me. And then I return the item right the way. I live in Milton. I really want to support them, but I couldn’t. They are very rude and very bad service. Suggestion - go to Best Buy and tell them the price that the other store is offering you. Best Buy will offer you a price match Guarantee with Excellent Service.
Usually receive half-decent customer service at this location but the other day the sales staff could not be bothered to verify pricing or answer a simple question. If you don't want to work in customer service/retail then do everyone else a favour and find a new job/career path. Its like working as a cashier at a fast food joint and getting upset at people just for placing orders with you. There's no ambiguity as to what your job in sales/customer service entails; answering questions. Management needs to either do a better job of ensuring their staff is adequately trained or leading by example instead of sitting idly on the sidelines watching it happen and reacting after the fact.
Selection varies depending on what you are looking for. Certain staff members are helpful, others not so much. Usually not very busy, which is nice. Really the only store like it in the area.
