This place is excellent !! Perfect coal fired pizza and very gourmet topping combos — I got the ricotta truffle sausage pizza and it was spectacular. We also got the pesto pizza (coal fired style). They have a wonderful marinara sauce (I judge Italian places based off of their red sauce!). The portions are gigantic so make sure to share everything. Service was great— we ate outside.

Food 4 stars Staff ,Waitress 2 stars Not typical NJ pizza. Thick, heavy crust....fork and knife pizza. Pricey (25 to 28 for a large) but quite a lot of food. Very rich, possible too much for some. High quality ingredients and they do not skimp on ingredients (rich). Very good meatballs and salads. Waitress was extremely rude and inattentive. Maybe she had a bad day? Really distracted from what would have been a nice meal.

I've always enjoyed meatballs and wanted to try this place. The chop salad was a very interesting presentation and dressed well . We started with the meatballs with ricotta in a vodka sauce. The meatballs were light and flavorful not overworked, the ricotta was obviously homemade and creamy and the vodka sauce was good. We followed up with a pizza which was good but not something to write home about. The tomato was clumped together to thickly and a little acidic, the mozzarella was quite good, but the toppings were sparse. We ordered enough to take home and it did not play well as a leftover.

Had a great experience with the staff at Millie's tonight. Food was phenomenal. Thank you for a wonderful evening and really rising to the occasion.

The friendly hostess and patient knowledgeable waiter were terrific. Whoever answered the phone when I inquired if reservations were taken for a party less than 8, the employee was awful, very rude. Wait time without reservation was 20 minutes on a Friday night. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us & take at least a drink order (even though, by then, we were ready to order our entrees). Time between ordering and being served was a bit lengthy - another 30 minutes. Place has so much potential, really great atmosphere, huge menu, wait staff was super nice, but sadly, the slow service, rude person who answered the phone, and average food concludes we won't be going again. Sadly.
