The Millerson team were excellent throughout our purchase process. Even though this took longer than expected, through no fault of theirs, Hannah and Val were patient and helpful at all times. I approached Millerson to sell my home due to a number of personal recommendations. After loosing my husband it was a difficult decision to move house. I explained my circumstances to Hannah my agent (who is amazing) Hannah managed to market and sell my property stc (above the asking price) all within a week of approaching Millerson. The photographs she took combined with the write up on my property created an exciting buzz and flurry of interest. (My house was not brand new or in perfect condition but buyers could certainly see why we fell in love with the property) Hannah's knowledge and skills, combined with her practical, warm professional nature second to none. She is accessible, provides regular updates and always sensitive to the fact that the property you are selling is your home. After reading the reviews of different estate agents in St Austell we were really impressed with the reviews for Millerson, coupled with lots of homes locally being sold through them we decided to use them to sell our home. From the moment we met Hannah we felt confident she was the right person to sell our property. She was genuinely interested and enthusiastic about the house and confident in her ability to find us a buyer. The photos and video were all taken very professionally and we felt we could rely on her skill and experience to sell the property, which she did in less than 2 weeks.
