The food was absolutely amazing, can’t go wrong. However the service was shocking. I have been to another branch of Miller and Carter so had high expectations when I visited the Newbury Park branch for the first time today. We were put to sit at the back of the restaurant and it’s almost like we were forgotten about. The order was taken fairly quickly which was good given how packed the restaurant was. Our starters came first. However it took about 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We had time to finish our starters and the drinks had still not arrived at our table, baring in mind we could see the drinks sitting at the bar for at least 30 minutes. I think it is absolutely disgraceful that given the climate that the world is in, open drinks are sitting at the bar for such a long period of time. No one was around so we could not even call for assistance. It got so bad that I had to physically walk up to the bar to get my drink. Then when the food came my partner had asked for some mayonnaise, we was told they would bring some, nothing came. My partner had to go to the bar and ask as there was no staff around, the person at the bar said he “didn’t know where it is” and I should ask “one of the waiters” .. we just finished our food and wanted to get out of there. Good food ruined by terrible customer service.

Very delighted with this place! Amazing service, and thanks to all the staff and especially to Dainius, for making the evening even more friendly and amazing! Great fresh food and sometimes the high price is not a problem when you want to treat for yourself!
4 family members ate 2 hamburger meals 1 vegetarian and 1 fish meals. We were all pleased with our choices. We all had soft drinks and deserts and the bill was 90. Good social distancing and cleanliness. We were there the night it closed Tuesday December 15th.
I call this special restaurant once a month as I like the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The staff is highly attentive and skilfull. The service is extremely rapid. Needless to say, the food you eat is highly distinguished. I have been there more than once and I was always happy. The cost is decent. I suggest this place to to all.
Service was great, a lovely man served us! I will be back to tip you! Food was nice, cocktails were good! Still social distancing, i booked but you don't have to. Large car park. Could do with wiping the tables a bit better and onion loaf a bit too oily. Dave and Patrice were very nice and helpful!
