Visited here on the weekend and was very impressed! Everything was perfect from start to finish! We booked for a late lunch, staff were friendly and efficient! Food was piping hot and delicious and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Defin worth dressing up for here!! One of the best meals I've had in a long time!!

We were a little underwhelmed when we went for lunch in the early days, but tried again for dinner recently. We both had the butcher's burger, which was superb, and we were full to bursting by the end. Recommended. The service was efficient and friendly and the decor is cosy. Not cheap at all, but will definitely go back.
Nice food, just would have liked a little more customer service, waitress only tried to engage us at the end, in the hope of a better tip I assume, gave her 3 and she just walked off....rude and no-one bothered to say thanks and goodbye. It was my partners special birthday and I just wanted it to be a bit friendlier really.
Attended Friday 4th December and was seated at a two person table. Ordered food and had Starter then main and was on the desert course and at this stage thought it a magical evening until a young girl came to the table mid-dessert and said we needed to be out by 8:00pm (it was 7:40pm) as the table was booked for others!! Her demeanour was curt and rude and totally inappropriate whilst we were still eating. We did finish and had left by 7:55pm so I found her approach unnecessary and this caveat should have been muted before we started our meal.
