Excellent food, Poor service. I've never known a kebab to use such fresh ingredients in their food it really is lovely. However the service is horrendous and really let's them down. I've ordered 4 times and 3 of those times the order has been wrong. The first time I paid extra for jalapeños on a pizza and got normal sliced peppers. The second time we got a meal deal and didn't receive the bottle of coke that was part of the deal, I spoke to the business via Facebook and was told the next time I wanted to order to mention it on the phone. The third time I called to order instead of using the website, they offered me a discount off our order and told us they'd send an extra bottle of coke to replace the one we didn't get. Again we didn't get the bottle of coke, we told the drive and he begged us not to call the shop because he'd get in trouble and that he'd bring us a bottle later on or the next day, we gave him a chance but he never brought us one. I contacted to store about this on Facebook again and they've not bothered to reply for over 3 weeks now, the last time they replied in minutes. The service is so bad which really let's them down as the food is some of the best kebab food around, sadly I won't be ordering again.

Just moved to Downham from Essex first time ordering a Kebab and was delicious!! Arrived super kick wasn’t greasy and tasted so fresh will defiantly be ordering again
This was a 5 star review untill last night. Was told 1 hr for delivery but arrived after 1hr 45mins and it was cold. I understand you are busy and being late was not too much of a problem but the food being delivered at under 40 degrees was!
Really looking forward to our food - unfortunately big disappointment! Pizza awful - Chicken tasteless - salad well past its best - waste of almost 20
Tasty food and brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble. Look forward to our Friday takeouts and delivered. Perfect after busy working week. Thank you.
