I always visit the Milldown early in the morning at sunrise. Its truly beautiful and a peaceful place. A haven for wildlife, flowers and insects. Highly recommended.
This is a lovely place in blanford just opposite the school it's great for dog walking especially at the moment as things are big open space ,dog bins & some picnic tables ,it's a great place to go if you have a young dog that needs socializing as you granente to meet quite a few dogs it's also very good if you are in a wheelchair or disable buggy as there are flat tarmac path all round there are no toilets ,also great for young family to have a kick about with a ball as there is a big grass area in the middle it's well worth a visit .
Great place to walk your dog, loads of parking a definite hidden gem
