Not been before but will return. Bought 2 items for our puppy both cheaper than we had seen in other outltes. The clothing section was high quality and well priced. Don't drive past it's definitely worth a visit.

Lovely well stocked shop. Really helpful staff
Wow, I've basically wanted a shop like this in Richmond my whole life. Then I moved away away... And I've just come back... And it's there... It's like all my dreams have come true at once. Also... Fab selection of animal foods and excellent selection of country bumpkin pumpkin clothing! Just what I need to fit back in round the Shire! Hurrah!
Millbry is well prepared with covid advice, well spread out, good amount of stock, staff always helpful.
