Customer service hours are dated, internet service is quite slow and the pricing is ridiculous, if you are able to get a different internet service provider please do so, you will get much better customer service and save so much time, as I basically have to call on a weekly basis, just to get bare minimum speeds for schooling.

All of the people giving more than one star are liars... this service is overpriced and never working correctly. Nexicom buffers their clients. I pay more here for 60mps than i did in oshawa for 1gps. Garbage service but no choice. I suggest everyone lobby bell like i have to have them move into millbrook.
Terrible internet service. The only show in town so they soak you by having to pay for a house phone that you don't want or need. My internet also cuts in and out.
