I feel a little odd rating church, since churches aren't a one-size-fits-all type of thing. I will say that I enjoy myself every time I go to Millbrook, and I learn a lot during Sunday School. I think there's a lot of super intelligent, driven, and thoughtful followers of Christ here. Pastor Jones is fantastic and always delivers a sermon both rooted in scripture and brought into a relevant context through anecdote. But, like I said, churches aren't one size fits all. Here's my little take. Reasons why you might want to try Millbrook: - Traditional services and music - Excellent adult Sunday School classes that aren't codified by age - Open-minded congregation that welcomes everyone - Bill Price, one of the greeters - They remember you when you come back a second or third or whatever time - Neat-o events - Some of the best planned missions and mission partnerships I've seen - Their leadership structure makes it hard for individuals or cabals to seize decision making control Reasons you might not like Millbrook: - Not a megachurch and doesn't focus on a single, charismatic leader (I guess this could also be a plus) - Slightly left leaning in terms of politics - Can get intellectual and heady at times (which I love and is why I attend) - People will remember you, and sometimes when you roll out of bed with terrible hair you feel conspicuous because dress is business casual

Had toddler go to preschool here. People are wonderful, loving and nurturing, loved this church.
