I don't use this pharmacy frequently, but when I do, I have always been impressed with the team who work there. I'm reviewing today because, while sitting and waiting for my prescription (and this pharmacy has LOTS of seating available), I witnessed some of the most kind and professional behaviour from a member of their team. A lady with very poor mobility had come in for her prescriptions and some personal shopping items. A female member of staff took the list and set off collecting the items, checking for approval when necessary. She took her time, and made sure that the lady had everything she needed. It was so refreshing to see that people do still have the time to act in a way that makes a tremendous difference to so many. This (female) member of staff, and the rest of the pharmacy team should be commended and thanked.

Some members of staff treat people like they are doing you a favour to allow you to come into the shop. Consistantly lose prescriptions. They are part of the Hadleigh Health Centre and as such consider customers to be a captive audience so do not deserve to be treated as intellegent beings. We have had enough and will be taking our custom elsewhere.
