Graham Richards and the team at West Wales properties Milford Haven were extremely professional and went over and above in the recent sale of my property. Graham's valuation was spot on and the property price advertised was what we got (some agents over inflate and it's not realistic!) . Communication was excellent, Graham constantly updated me on all aspects throughout the process, I would highly recommend him. I paid a set price so knew exactly how much the service would be whatever the sale price, this meant no hidden costs; this included professional high quality property listings on premium sites and all the viewings arranged and conducted by Graham. There was little to no disruption to the service despite Government lockdown being introduced, this was due to the initiative to film virtual viewings, West Wales properties introduced this almost immediately. Great people, Great service, Great Price.

Bought a property over the Covid lock down procedures which obviously stopped and complicated the whole procedure. Once we got up and running things were going pear shape along the chain, Graham in Milford was excellent, chasing, suggesting and eventually bringing it all together. Nothing was ever too much trouble, always at the end of the phone (if he wasn't actually ringing us) kept it all together. Must also include the whole team at Milford - same level of professional service.
West Wales property were very pro-active in the selling of my Dad's property, especially Graham who was a godsend during a difficult time. Graham was always very thoughtful showing great respect to my parents.
