We use the home help service for my elderly mother in law. The girls are very well presented in their uniforms and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Their care and attention to detail for my mother in laws needs, are first class. It has taken a weight of worry of our shoulders as we know that they carry out her needs and our requests to the letter. Any queries or problems have been reported immediately and communication between ourselves and the company is prompt, precise and consistent. This is a much needed service in Pembrokeshire for those who need a little extra support around the home without needing to go down the health care route. It’s worth having a chat to the lovely staff in the office who are ready and eager to assist.

being a single working parent, its hard to find the time to keep on top of the house work. hows it done have been saviours, they have been super helpful and can easily bend their services to suit me. i have a deep clean once per month where they clean the oven, fridge and cupboards etc. i am so grateful for the service they have provided to far. the staff they send are always well mannered and well presented!
I was let down by my original cleaners very last minute and needed a cleaner ASAP. i phoned and spoke to a lovely lady named Emma who was extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions. they sent a managed out to quote my property that same morning and i had a cleaner in that afternoon. the clean was done to a very high standard and at a very good price rate. i would confidently recommend them and will now be using them weekly for the foreseeable future.
I contacted Hows it Done very short notice and required a housekeeper to help organise my home. i am a working mum and needed a helping hand, i had a quote and a housekeeper arrive that same day. a lovely housekeeper called Helen came and helped me organise and clean my home. Helen even went as far as to help me put away and organise my washing. thanks so much to Hows It Done for going that extra mile for me.
Brillant service. couldn't recommend them enough. i will be continuing to use them in the future. :)
