My Dad died in the middle of October 2020 and never having arranged a funeral before I was completely in the dark. Irene at the Crowthorne office, took time to talk me through all our options and was so patient with all my questions, emails and changing my mind. Irene was very professional and understood all my requests. The funeral ran very smoothly and the service had a personnal feeling. I would recommend anyone who finds themselves needing a funeral director, should contact Irene. Thank you Irene for all your help and understanding.

After my dad passed in December 2020, I had no idea what to do, which funeral director to go with or how to go about organising a funeral. From our first contact with the out of hours team we knew we would be in good hands. Our funeral director Irene was incredibly professional, compassionate and organised. She made such a overwhelming experience feel so easy and we always felt our dad was being cared for. When explaining the funeral to us, everything was broken down properly and there were no hidden costs. Even on the day, Alison (the celebrant Irene had recommended and organised for us) and our driver (who Irene had also organised) were respectful, compassionate and genuine. I would recommend Miles and Daughters to anyone. Thank you all for your help and support.

I am so glad we used Miles & Daughters. They made a very difficult time straightforward and simple. A special thanks to their team who we met at the hospice where our dad spent his last days - they couldn't have been more sensitive and caring. And thanks to Sally at the Crowthorne office for her kind words and guidance.
