Miles & Barr Estate Agents Cliftonville

Big thank you to Joe, Charlie and the team at Miles & Barr and all the staff behind the scenes ( you know who you are) We could not have asked for a more professional service when selling our home. The process was seamless. We would definitely work with you guys again, no question.

Miles & Barr have been amazing from start to finish! It’s been a long journey what with losing my initial buyer through another agent but M&B took up the reins and found me a buyer in no time at all. Thank you all at the Cliftonville branch for all your dedication and hard work. We got there in the end!

A good experience from a selling perspective. Would recommend. Louise was very helpful and communicated with me throughout.

Great! Except for one major thing. Left an outer door completely unlocked. Only did one of 2 locks on the inner door. Not bothered when I complained, just said 'well, it was locked' which I already knew. Didn't take this very serious issue of trust seriously. Shocked by this and the response.

We brought our first home through Miles & Barr Cliftonville, we always found the staff to be friendly & helpful. Whilst arranging viewings staff were very good at finding houses to match our needs as a family. All the staff at Cliftonville office were extremely helpful especially Alice Fridd & the manager Joe Bull. Our review is mainly based on Louise Daly our sales progressor. Louise went above & beyond to help & guide us through the whole process. Due to Covid-19 our sale went over the normal timescales & Louise was amazing throughout the whole process. Louise always replied promptly to my emails & was there to reassure me when it felt like we would never exchange. I am so grateful to Louise for everything she has done for us since our offer was accepted on our first house on February 1st, It is now the end of August & we are finally in our new home!!
