We went with Milburys for our sale and they were great. We ended up with a number of offers at a range of values and Paul was great at taking us through them out of hours to understand which was the best (not simply about the amount). One of the solicitors in the chain caused a lot of unnecessary stress but Tina's communication was amazing, keeping us informed and moving things along. All round they were professional and efficient! Thanks to the whole team.

Milburys actually deserve more than 5 stars. The support and service offered by Tina was excellent. Tina communicated effectively with interested parties and liaised with solicitors to keep everything moving along which meant that she knew at any time what was happening and who to chase up. I would definitely recommend Milburys to anyone who is looking to sell and buy. Fantastic service, doing everything possible and more to ensure it happened.

My tenant vacated my property mid December and within a few weeks Milburys letting agent had found a new tenant and completed viewing, referencing and tenancy agreement so that the new tenant was able to move in mid January. An excellent service considering we are in the middle of lockdown and had Christmas and New Year holidays in between.
