staff is helpful these days. very busy place . have coffe machine. and drinkable water . and bathroom . usual wait 10 to 20 minutes...

They don't want to do their job. They are worst. impossible call them busy busy.
Very rude people, if somebody calls at embassy , then obviously its for an important purpose ,nobody calls for doing time pass,so dont need to be rude or being discomforted for doing your job guys, words have power and effect on others.
In times like COVID, when we need our community the most, I feel there is a negligence in the behavior of the CGI in Milan. Of course its understandable that public communication is closed, and its inevitable. But at least answer on the numbers listed on the website. I have been trying to contact for over a week and there has been no response. When we go to the Office in Milan, they close the window like we are going to kill them. Staff has to be cooperative in tough times like this or at least respond through phone calls!
Very helpful staff. Receiving service even in lockdown when others are closed.
