I paid 40 euros for a product but the vending machine didn't work. I saw other items with the same problem; people paying money but item never falling down to the tray. I tried calling the shop's phone number, the number was switched off. Finally, I found the correct phone number on their FB page and when i called them, they were very helpful (Paolo) on the next day, called me many times and he put the product in the locker and I went again to the shop and successfully took the product. I just didn't like paying double transportation to the same shop because taxis are very expensive in this area. Thanks Paolo!

Sempre rifornito, aperto 24h, niente personale...comodo
