The stuff was really nice to me. In 1.5 hour I tryed for about 5 or 6 dresses, from those - was one too small-it wasn't possible to dress it. I finally buyed a dress, just to have one - but after 2 hours, I was not sure anymore, that that dress \MY DRESS\ is. One day before the fitting term (maybe due to expectactions) I got unexpected my monthly period. Due the fitting I was for about 3 Kilogramms more, than usual. After that I've said, that I'll loose my weight until wedding in March 2021 I have to sign, that the maximum weight loss will be 5 kilograms - but after 2 days I have already 2 kg and for about 3 cm (B-W-S) less. So... I think, it will be a disaster. So girls/brides in spe - please don't make the same mistake as I, if you don't feel good/well - please postpone your fitting term and enjoy the time, the 2 hours there will be very fast over.!

I call for appointment, the woman said to me in rude way that I need to make appointment online. I did 4 times appointment,nobody ever call me. Or maybe is just for Italian people. Anyway, thank you Nicole Spose for helping me to never recommend you.

Really disappointed from the Greek franchise, i.e. Nicole Greece. I have ordered a wedding gown and I paid a down payment. Ι changed my mind and decided to freeze the order 12 hours later. However, they didn't recognize my right of withdrawal as a customer. I also asked the shop manager to use the down payment to buy something else from the shop, such as wedding favors, but they refused. I have also sent an email to the Milano headquarters to ask for guidance and if they could recommend me how to proceed with this issue, but I didn't get any answer. I feel very disappointed and offended.
