The most unfriendly shop in Milano. Nobody cares about, even when you want to pay. Do not go there if you love Italy!
The store have many lovely brands. Unfortunately the service is not the best and the people working there seems to be arrogant and very non customer centric. I have given the store a second chance but unfortunately the approach from the people there have been the same twice.

The shop has a wide selection of products and it is well located and it is also a beautiful shop. The staff however, is often not at all friendly and have a tendency to have a stuck up attitude, treating you with condescendence. This with special reference to the shampoo shop not the cosmetic one.
