This two elderly couple make this restaurant one of the best place to dining in Milano. Simple one of the address you must go when in Milano... Located in Brera one of the most cool area to live in this beautiful city.

A gem. Cozy, needing a wait if you're not known or reserved, but worth it. Assured seasoning, amazing bottarga salad, revelatory pasta, elegant dessert, outstanding house red. Brusque but on pointe staff, unremarkable bread and packaged crackers. Quirky, kitschy decor that works, cosmopolitan crowd. I'll be back

Was taken here by a friend who just moved to Milan and absolutely fell in love with it. No RSVP so best to come early and avoid peak hours. Genuine home cooked Italian food: the lemon pasta is a must-order, the deserts are fantastic too!

Food is perfectly simple. But incredibly delicious. We got one each of the ravioli & spaghetti plus the pork cutlet to share. I would easily have gone another round on all of it if I wasn't stuffed full. Best spaghetti I have eaten in my live memory. They are sticklers for the rules. I asked for parmesan to add to my pasta but was told that I can't put parmesan with the peppers and citrus. I love that. Proper Milanese approach to food. Food should be eaten as it was intended. The place is tiny so if you're going for lunch, don't expect a long leisurely lunch. Plan to arrive early or late for the lunch seating.

Best meal I had in Milan. The restaurant is small, but that only adds to its charm. The menu changes daily and reflects an extensive repertoire held by the chef. Latteria is run by a charming family who were welcoming and pleasantly patient with my poor Italian. Could not recommend more.
