This has been a staple rendezvous among Filipinos in Milan for it represents our heritage but this fact cannot possibly hinder me from giving limpid and unbiased judgment about the quality of food and hygiene which for me is of utmost importance. I wish that the times I found no hand soap to wash my hands with were accidental and when a huge lump of dirty dust fell on our food from the exhaust above our food and way the manager repeatedly ignored our justified complaint (which is a shame for what Jollibee stands for) did not happen to anyone. But some of the staff who I personally know are really devoted and all these stars go to them.

i ordered 3 pcs of chicken joy with french fries and ordered an extra rice with it. inwas in a hurry and did not check my order upon receiving it. to my dismay when i got home my order did not have the rice. i mean how can they not double check the order b4 giving it to the costumer. when i çame in there was only about 6 to 8 costumers inside it was only 10am and the store was not even packed yet
