Nobody answers the phone...I have tried 8 times this morning...they put you on hold for 4 minutes then hang up the phone...as a potential new customer this doesn't fill me with confidence! UPDATE: They just answered whilst I was writing this, said they don't understand (I speak fluent Italian) and then hung up again!
