I visited the bar today with my partner. Seating is on a self service basis (i.e. no one greeting you). The bar area is relatively small and presents some inconsistencies. whereas the actual bar, the lighting and the mementos used to decorate the place are all cleverly done to give a 1950-60s impression, and even the staff uniforms are conforming to the style of the place, the actual tables and chairs don’t fit for the inside of a bar of that era. They remind me more of an outdoor bar area furniture than indoor. Never mind. The place is interesting to look at and explore, from the upstairs decks which are furnished as if you were overlooking the Mediterranean Sea rather than a busy Milanese road, down to the Lois all decked in Riva wood with copper toilets and sinks I can’t talk about the restaurant but the bar did not have a big choice in terms of drinks or food which is inconsistent with the fame of this as an upmarket venue. The waiters are nice people but not properly trained so service is a bit erratic. We had a look at the menu and decided we would give it a try another time.

This restaurant is very fancy. The food was good, especially the cheesecake. The menu could use some more variety. The service was very good. Unfortunately I found 3 spelling mistakes in the write-up about the car in the showroom.
I was expecting more in terms of aesthetic and customers but the service is ok. Didn’t go to the restaurant, thought.
