I had to wait almost 9 months for the arrival of a passport because the lady forgot to send it to sri lanka. She sent it 5 months later

Since one month I am trying to call them to make an appointment to renew my passport very happy to say still no one responded the phone.what a worst service

NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE .. Trying to call them from 2018/// now its 2020 and still nothing no one EVER ANSWERED ... No other numbers to contact .you can hear the music for 3 minutes then the line get cut. People have to go all the way there to ask information. Hope the NEW GOVERMANT will do something about PEOPLE GETTING PAID WITHOUT WORKING.

Much better than last year experience. Handling time is bit slow as usual.
