Se andate per informazioni lasciate stare, tra ufficio visti e consolato sembra che tu stia chiedendo l'impossibile quando vuoi delle semplici informazioni su visti e legalizzazione documenti. Non aiuta che non hanno un italiano fluente, anzi alcuni concetti non sanno proprio esprimerli in italiano. Se andate fatelo con conoscenti cinesi...anche solo a livello di \faccia\ forse saranno più disponibili

they do not answer the phone, when they do, they speak a very poor italian and rarely provide the information you need
Rating this consolat for one star is already too much. When you want to see what unprofessional servis and staff mean just visit this institution. Since some time to get visa you need to attend interview. Website says about 4 working days to make visa but no one says about one month of waiting for interview. If you already booked a ticket then forget about your flight because they will for sure make you lose it.
No Information about new process in any website, this lack of information made me lose a few of my flights! If you need to go there, start few months before!
I have to give one star just because I can't give less...they never answer and the information they gives are not clear at all. The worst embassy ever!
