Really really disappointed with the meal I had this evening.(I wrote this on Friday but reviewed the wrong chip shop) I’ve been craving a chippy for weeks and this was shocking. My partner had fish,chips and mushy pea while I had battered sausage, chips and curry sauce. The only thing that was nice was the mushy peas! The battered on my sausage was like leather, I’ve never had anything like it. Thick white raw batter on the inside? With a dry sausage in the middle. My partners fish was soggy and really really fishy in taste. Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had! :(
Been coming here for a while but cannot tolerate the disgusting chips any more. They are vile so have given up .sorry but will not be back..
Great atmosphere friendly staff welcoming and food lovely nothing is to much. Very good selection. Will also cook anything for you, if you don’t mind waiting for a short period.
