We had an installation at our house. Very amateuristic and made many mistakes. They tried to solve in very amateurish way so we told them to please leave. When we received invoice they overcharged us for several things we didn’t even order. Don’t go here, not to be trusted and not professional. They take advantage of your trust. We’re stuck with the mess they made!!!

They did some installation in our house. We could not complain.The guy who came was very helpful. Beside of this it was a bit disappointing that they did call back when we wanted some more installation. We tried twice. Then we gave up. We also bought a floor lamp. They have very nice lamps. Later we bought a hoover from Miele. The salesman was able to compensate the lack of competence with a lot of sense of humor. We also bought an extra wide dust brush which broke after 5 month. The employer told me we broke because of inappropriate use. Well, our cleaning woman came twice a week and she used it in a normal way. He didn't want to exchange the brush. I have to admit that he offered to pay half of the price. But I think a Miete part shouldn't break after a few month. I told him that we bought thinks worth of several thousand Euros and we expect a much better service. Conclusion. Nice shop with nice product. But bad service. I wouldnt buy there anything again.
