My, otherwise seemingly good, entrée was served almost cold, only in the very middle of the ragout was it warmish; and only that. There was absolutely no possible reason why they might have needed to delay serving this dish, as there was nothing they could have been waiting for: - Such a great pity ! However, the biggest problem I experienced at this restaurant, was the type, or quality, of the fat they use: I have to say, that this aspect alone completely ruined my experience at this establishment. I wondered for some longish time afterwards if I was going to be sick; but luckily I wasn't. That paper-lists of customers who had left their names and 'phone number details, were just lying there for all to see, surprised me a great deal. The government has warned bars, cafés, and restaurants several times over to take care not to do exactly this.

Delicious food for a great price! It's in the middle of the woods near biking and hiking routes, so a sweet spot to catch your breath while enjoying a cold drink.
