I was sent a size chart and typically I'm a dress size 6 and the small is a 4-6. To be on the safe side, I asked if a medium might work better for a slightly oversized look and was told yes. The monogram and sweatshirt is beautiful but the sweatshirt is down to my knees. Definitely runs large in my opinion. The shop isn't willing to correct because it would be a loss. Disappointed and won't be shopping here again. This was a gift from my husband for Christmas.

They are always careful to double-check with me about the selections I have made to avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings. The turnaround time is quick and the communication is excellent. Whenever I have been there, the owner has always been working and present. I like to see an owner in their store. It lets me know that they care about their business. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend thought I needed some monogram items and I had never done that! But, I’m glad she told me about See My Monogram— love their work, the choices to choose from and I believe their pricing is good. Turn around time is quick. And staff...? They know customer service!
