I went to customer service and dealt with colleen she was super friendly and helpful i needed to exchange something I purchased the day before and she was more the delighted to help where she could.....the item was something that really needed to be returned to the manufacturer not Walmart but she made it happen kudos goes out to colleen They really could use more people like colleen Thanks Kelly

I was shopping the morning of November 19, 2020...the first day of Black Friday sales, everything I was looking for was in stock....but the best was the customer service I received from Leslie and another lady in the TV area...they not only helped me to load the TV, allowed me to pay in the area with all my other purchases and helped me out to my car and helped load !!! Thank you Leslie...and all !!!

Since the pandemic, this store been getting worse by the week. I have a physical disability and their scooters were NIS. I was looking for rat traps and two associates ended up making me go around the store saying it was on opposite side, but it wasn't there and no where to be found. When I was leaving the store, my body and knees were in agony from walking so much! Their door man or greeter told me I had to go all the way around through the other exit!! He can see me barely walk and he insisted I walk around the store! I explained im physically disabled and cannot walk anymore and had to get to my car parked in the close handicapped spot. AWFUL service and very unhelpful staff!! Also, shelves are empty a lot of times and the items I want, I cannot ever find there. They need to restock better and organize the store!
