Still not getting the paper even after going into the head office and telling them.I know the paper is free,But I still enjoy it.I even put a 2foot 3foot sign at the end of our driveway and still don't receive the paper! All my neighbour's do!

Why bother to deliver a newspaper if it is launched from a vehicle at 50 klm's per hour and 8 out of 10 weeks it is so wet that it has to go right in the recycle bin. I wonder if advertisers are aware or would appreciate their flyers not being read because they are soaked and unreadable?
Paid for my paper and have only received it 3 times in 5 weeks not impressed.
