I went into the store on a mission. Jason helped me on that mission. He answered lots of questions - showed me many samples and pulled up items not on the floor. The store had lots to choose from. It was open late and that suited my needs. I’m happy with my purchases and excited for how fast they are set to be delivered.

I went into the Midland brick just looking for info on adjustable mattress. Deana Bailey helped me by giving me the info I needed to be able to look online and research. I came back to her with prices from other locations and she was able to price match or beat the competition. She was very personable and made the transition easy even through the covid times. Thank you so much. I highly recommend you go see her.
Deana Bailey was a wonderful help and really made the over-the-phone shopping experience very easy and pleasant. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase a washer and dryer, and checked in with us multiple times during the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. I’ve had negative experiences at this Brick location in the past and didn’t really want to shop there again, but Deana completely changed my mind and I will shop at this location again thanks to her excellent customer service.
