I have NEVER had good service at this location and I've been here 20 times over the past year - from printing to purchasing electronics and office supplies. Anytime you need something "big" you have to hunt through the store yourself, spend time looking at all the options yourself and then go back through the store to find someone who can actually grab it for you from the back. Then you'll most likely have to wait to be cashed out. Not once has anyone greeted me or come up to me and asked if I needed help, had questions or would like a recommendation. In the past year I've bought multiple accessories for my moms ipad, a printer, external storage, a webcam and various office supplies plus used their print services. I went to purchase a new laptop but when no one came to help me I simply left and ordered one online through another company.

Very well laid out store. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breezed thru the cash line easy. A little bit different type of store as there are no windows in the store.

I love the product no recieved I got everything I wanted and I've never had to return anything from there. The service could use some work though. I went in to look for something the associate was a young girl and she seemed like she didn't want to stick around because I had further questions. I later called because I had called around to see what else was around town staples had the best price. The manager picked up even though I didn't see him in the store when I was in it was all young kids. He seemed to know what was going on and helped me with ease. I went back in to get the product and the manager was nowhere to be seen. The associates were all ignoring us except one who asked us something we said we were waiting to be helped and she didn't communicate it with anyone because she needed to help others (this was the first lady who originally helped me she was trying very hard at this point but no one else was). We watched as another associate walked all the way around the store before coming back up to the desk before we had to interrupt him to ask him for help he said he wasn't busy though? From then on the service was awesome everything went well and the young gentleman did a fine job. My suggestion for this opportunity is to have more proactive staff. Please coach your staff to help customers right as they walk in because they can easily go somewhere else to buy what could be a very profitable sale (we ended up spending 500). Other than that your service and products are amazing and I'll definitely be returning! Thank you!

This staples has to be the worst in organized staples I've ever been to went in to get papers printed and waited over 25 minutes after they were printed just to PAY! They also cant answer any question regarding electronics period. 10/10 dont recommend

Masks required and staff were all wearing as well. Hand sanitizer was right as you go through the sliding door. For a smaller store (than Barrie) they had decent selection. I was looking for planners and envelopes.
