These guys were very professional. I had some work done at my house which is around 20 minutes outside of Midland. They were prompt and accommodating to exactly what I wanted. My only concern was that one of the exhaust vent holes was not measured properly and thus required cutting away a part of the existing framing inside the house which will now need to be repaired.

Over the winter we had some issues with our furnace not working correctly. Scott's sent one of their service technicians and it was determined that it was probably a dirty sensor, which was cleaned and everything seemed to work well after that. However things started to go wrong again around the beginning of May and we had to have them come back and take another look at our furnace. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Scott tried to walk me through what might be the issue and after working with me on the phone and guiding me through a few tests we both determined that a service call was in order. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to try to help me to sort out what might have been a very simple problem with the drain before sending a service technician. When the technician came I was again impressed by the care he took to make sure that he had isolated the real problem instead of just assuming what might be wrong and then start changing expensive parts. He performed at least 3 different tests to makes sure that the component he suspected to be failing was actually the cause of our problem. In the end it turned out to be a relatively inexpensive part and even though the specific part was no longer available, they sourced a no-name replacement that was quickly installed and everything has been running great since. I highly recommend Scott's R & S Heating.
