The reviews on here without a doubt are fake! They talk about communication, professionalism. My experience is days and days without communication, emails, phone calls, voicemails all go unanswered. After several mentions very early in the process after several days of not responding I just said you know what we are just not the right fit and please refund our money, did that happen? No... Were things different after that? No. I have multiple emails to prove our point and just so nobody else has to endure this nonsense I feel obligated to write this review. Falcon Rim is in the wrong business.

Falcon Rim helped me get the proof I needed to prove the SOB I had been seeing for 9 years was a lying POS. They stayed in contact with me to let me know what was found and what the next step was. Complete opposite experience here from these other reviews, quick to return a call and get paid then..............nothing, absolutely nothing. Gave me the same info I gave them back to me after 10 days, I asked for a refund several times, nothing. Complete waste of time, money and energy, go elsewhere!!! Take my advice, stay away!!!
