Other Subway's could learn. Best Subway service in my life
like
Went in for a 12", well detailed sub, and left with exactly what I asked for. Not too much sauce, not too little veggies. The restaurant area was clean and tidy; Jenna was absolutely outstanding, and friendly, and every Subway needs someone like her! Highly recommended. Very pleased with my visit!
West ridge one is better
Dirty - watched an employee handle cash then proceed to make bread without changing gloves. Highly recommend staying away from this location. If you order chicken, expect it to be frozen. They seem to run the toaster at half power to save time/hydro which results in frozen meat and soggy bread. Prior to witnessing the dirty glove incident, I complained via the subway website about frozen meat (chicken) inside my sub on more than one occasion and did not receive a response. I'm not one to typically complain, but after wasting money on food that was thrown out more than once, formally complaining, then witnessing the lack of regard for hygiene I feel it necessary to warn anyone else considering eating here. I'll be traveling the additional 5-10 minutes into Barrie to eat elsewhere from now on.

Super rude employees. Girl working at the counter ,teagan,knocked over my cup and didn’t pick it up,almost made me pay for some other guys order. Barley paid attention to what I said ,When I walked in the girls where talking and told me to wait. Teagan was very rude,I’m never coming back to this subway.
