I bought a mislabelled pie and instead of refunding me they hand delivered 4 fresh pies to my home address. I cant express in words how nice that was and what a fantastic effort they went through to fix the mishap. Ill also say the day i shopped there and the people i spoke to along the way where all 5 *. The food the service the staff all 5* so hats off to you all, great business. And may i add you need to have one of their pork pies, one of the best i have ever had. Thanks everyone.
We can't praise Leon, Sam and his wonderful team for making our wedding barbeque so special. The food was delicious and so many of our guests commented on how amazing it was! Despite it being one of the hottest days this summer (and with England playing in the World Cup that afternoon too!) the catering team remained calm and professional throughout. From start to finish we can't fault anything. Leon and Sam visited us beforehand and we really appreciated the sound guidance, advice and ideas as to what would/ wouldn't work when catering for over 200 guests. We were able to hire fridges, cutlery, crockery and all of our glasses from them. Nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody for a wedding function/special occasion and would definitely use them again in the future if the need arose. Thank you to everyone for making our day so special! :-)
