I saw Anna with severe back issues. I actually thought about getting surgery for it but heard do anything you can to avoid surgery. She not only got me through this pain but now I feel my core stronger then ever. Anna has a great knowledge of Pilates and Physio which gives her a dual component and an edge over most Pilates teachers I have seen. I highly recommend her!
