. First of all they delivered my pod I called them gave them explicit directions even painted on the ground where it was to go which g the door was Too Faced and they still got it wrong being handicapped I could not get close enough to get to my rent to get into my house. When they came back to turn around they charge me again for to have it moved. They tore up my grass and my driveway so bad they said they would give me 100 which came out to 50 then by the time they charge me for the move I got nothing. I filled out an incident report with them. Got nothing in return when they came back to get the Pod they tore up my driveway so bad which I am trying to sell my house because my daughter committed suicide in this house that is the reason I had all about the Pod so that I could move her stuff out of the bedroom what she killed herself. Yes this is explicit and graphic because this is what I'm going through as a mother with an only child and they had no respect for me whatsoever the driver had no clue what he was supposed to do. I asked them please do not sense the same driver out the second time what do they do they sent the same driver out I do not recommend pods for anyone. They are working from home but the people I talked to on the phone like any qualification or any knowledge of their company's policy on anything it was the worst service that I ever had in my life I should have used abs like I did the first time. Then they charge me for a whole month which I asked them not to because they took the pot and 1/2 month but because they had done so much damage I did not think I should have been charged for a whole month. My credit card has been stolen which I called and told them to put it on the other credit card which they sent me a new one and they charge me a late fee for that which was not my fault I sent them the PODS worst company ever do not use. RIP off

What a great idea. First time using a Pod and worked out perfect while doing a renovation. Delivery and pick up good experience with the driver. Would definitely recommend to other folks. Thanks
We have been EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience with PODS! Following a 1-week delay in the delivery of our POD (in which the POD was twice delayed), and living out of hotels for 7 days with a 8 month old and a 5 year old, we were directed to file a complaint with the dispute resolutions team. Although the people on the ground were fabulous - the drivers, and delivery and pick-up teams - our experience with the dispute resolution team has been horrendous. This last email is representative of what we have been dealing with since August. 1. The resolution specialist emailed at 4 p.m. with a request that I respond by 5:15 p.m. or wait until the representative returns to the office FOUR WEEKS from now. (In the past, it has consistently been 2-3 weeks). 2. The amount offered still does not match up with the receipts I provided for food and lodging for the days the POD was delayed. At this point, I’m convinced they are trying to wear us down, hoping we will settle for less than they owe. We are not satisfied, PODS. It seemed like a great idea at the time. Never again. #podsproblems
They charge you a delivery fee they charge you for having the Pod and then they charge you a pick-up fee
