The manager is amazing, always here to help and does everything she can for you when it comes to you’re home, the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful! Always polite over the phone and work Hard to seek answers to any question you have. Living in this community has been a great experience for me and my family, thanks Stephanie!!

This used to be a pretty nice place to live until UMH properties took over and started changing things around. They're too busy moving in new houses and keeping them empty, raising the rent on everybody else whole putting the new ones on hold for 4-6 months. On top of that, good luck about having any issues with your house fixed soon as it takes several months to finally see the smallest effort put forth. I called about a hole in my kitchen floor and I'm still waiting to get it fixed, on top of broken steps outside during the winter. Their machine errors with rent so often times even though you paid rent on time the machine won't catch it and you'll get a 2 day eviction notice on your door. They have started removing things since taking over too. No community dumpster, the only one available is strictly for UMH properties (the company) and the pool hasn't been up in two years. I am at the point of looking elsewhere to live and I'd recommend you give it a second thought about living here. It may be cheap but the service is bottom of the barrel and infuriating.
The staff is no where near as bad as everyone says. I think the girls in the office are great, just listen to the rules!! I love our neighbors and the park is kept nice.. nothing to complain about other than all the cats!
Ladies are never in the office to settle issues, had to move out because of the lack of care.
I love it here except for management. They’re never in the office, never return a phone call and never pick up when they are in the office. If they’re not out front smoking, they’re riding around the community (both manager and secretary) took a week for them to fix my hot water heater because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the office. My toilet messes up at least once a week and I can never get ahold of anyone in the office to fix it.
