They need to seriously change the employees, there’s an older lady there that makes everything so slow no wonder the line is out by the road. You have to tell her 5 times for bacon on a bagel and repeat yourself 3 times for the right size of anything. Ridiculous. Hearing aids or replace them with competent workers. Thanks

Sadly not a good experience today paid over 3 for a latte today in middleton... And this was all we got! Half a cup....
Went in and ordered a BLT with cheese and a double single coffee waited 10 mins watched 10 people behind the counter not knowing what they were doing. When I finally got my sandwich they forgot about my coffee and tried to give me a black coffee. So they forgave me my coffee and I want about my way. When I got home I gave the sandwich to my wife cause she is the one who wanted it to being with, it turned out to be a BELT. Just wish they would pay more attention to there customers request.
No social distancing. Tables to close together. Coffee always good.
Just left the dining in area at this Tim's in Middleton. 12:10 Feb 23 2021. The server at the counter was impatient and called me to step to the counter while another customer was still there. I would have been perhaps a foot away from the customer if I had complied. After my order was in, the same impatient server told me to get my coffee from the counter where another customer was standing. She was rude and impatient but I don't think she understood why I didn't want to do as she directed. No understanding of social distancing.
Positively delicious food, and wonderfully kind employees. Great service, and even greater coffee.
Frequently out of many products and lukewarm customer service that is on the slow side. At least what I do get is usually correct and fresh. This store has an abnormaly high number of loiterers.
Everyday I buy at least 1 sausage farmers and 2 or more coffees to take to the hospital. April the 5th I got a farmers wrap and a couple of coffee for my brother in the hospital. He couldn't even eat it because it was too doughy. What a disappointment
