Great best eye test I've had for a long while and the staff were absolutely great

Everything went well until I had to deal with a very rude and ill mannered lady called Angela. She initially insisted that NHS vouchers couldn't be used alongside Friends/Family vouchers, which was later (around 45mins later!) proved wrong as she managed to apply appropriate voucher codes with the help of a colleague. At NO point during the painful 45 min wait were we asked to take a seat; hence me and my daughter stood waiting due to staff incompetency. The optomerist advised my daughter have a field of vision test which we had to cancel due to Angela... I apologise for mentioning the name of the staff member, but I do so - so readers of my review don't understand my concern as being against all staff; as all other staff were very good and professional. Please be aware of ANGELA!!! Kindest Regards.

Heavy Vibrations

Staff were amicable, engaging and professional, happy to answer daft questions. Everything was clean and comfortable. Was offered refreshments as soon as I entered. That was late on Tuesday, today is Saturday and I have received a text that my glasses have arrived, definitely not 8-10 days but since they're made at a lab offsite it really isn't the shops fault if they're late, they have no control over that.

Should now be called Vision In 8-10 Day's! Not the best shopping experience I've ever had. Staff could be much more customer focused.
