I'm never one to rant or air my dirty washing in in public (as my nan would say) but I'm absolutely fuming about the service at THE GROOMING ROOM ACKLAM and especially the owners complete disgracful disregard of her error ....one I may add that can be easily rectified! Not only a poor job! Overcharged Now would like to charge me an additional 30 for job shes already been paid for and done wrong!

I visited The Grooming Room for the first time yesterday with our Border Terrier puppy. He went in looking dishevelled and came out looking as smart as a carrot!! Will definitely recommend and the staff were re-assuring with me and you could see their love for the job.
